Connector address
https://myflightpayback.com/mcp
Free. No account needed. Works with any assistant that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol).
What it does
Ask your assistant whether an airline owes you compensation for a delayed or cancelled flight. It uses FlightPayback's free check, the same one as on our website, under Canada's Air Passenger Protection Regulations: flights to, from or within Canada, on any airline.
Try: "My Air Canada flight AC 857 from Toronto to Vancouver last week arrived 4 hours late because of a crew shortage. Am I owed compensation?"
Your assistant will ask for anything it needs, like the scheduled and actual arrival times.
How to connect
Meta Muse
- Open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
- Paste the connector address above and select Connect.
- On the FlightPayback page that opens, select Connect. There's no account or sign-up.
ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants
- Open your assistant's connector, app or plugin settings and add a custom connector with the address above.
- If it asks about authentication, choose none. If it insists on signing in, you'll see the same one-click FlightPayback page, with no account needed.
Menu names differ between assistants and change often, so check your assistant's help pages if you can't find the setting.
Privacy
Your assistant sends us only the answers the check needs. We don't receive your name, email address or conversation, and we keep only an anonymous record of each check. Details are in our privacy policy.
Good to know
- The result is general information, not legal advice. FlightPayback prepares documents you send yourself.
- Assistants can misread answers. Check the result against your own flight details.
- You can disconnect FlightPayback any time in your assistant's settings.
